Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service & Operations Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise branch banking operations for efficient and effective service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, account opening, and customer queries. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in branch banking or a related field. Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, including cash handling, account opening, and customer queries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement. Experience in managing and supervising a team of banking professionals is preferred.
