Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting customer expectations. Oversee body shop repairs, car servicing, spare parts management, and workshop maintenance to ensure high-quality services. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction index through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution. Collaborate with sales teams to promote after-sales services and generate revenue growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in automobile industry with expertise in service management or related field (body shop). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile or relevant specialization. Proven track record of achieving excellent customer satisfaction indices through effective service delivery. Strong knowledge of automobile service operations, including car servicing, spare parts management, and workshop management.
