Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Thane. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and coordinating service activities. They will also oversee service technicians, develop service strategies, and maintain service records. Qualifications Technical Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills Leadership and Team Management skills Knowledge of Analytical Instruments and Environmental Instruments Experience in Automotive Emission Analyzers and Environment Management Services Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Certification in Service Management is a plus
