Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our 2-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, workshop management, and team leadership in the automobile service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the service workshop.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality KPIs.
• Coordinate with Honda for warranty, service campaigns, and technical updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in 2-wheeler service operations (Honda experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Technical knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing and diagnostics.
• Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Salary: Best in industry + Incentives
