Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a service manager at RISHAAN AUTO- TVS MAIN DEALER. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory records. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with supply chain partners, keeping the showroom and display vehicles in excellent condition, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Customer service and client relationship management skills
• Sales and marketing experience, particularly in the automotive industry
• Inventory management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive retail industry is a plus
