Job Description

  • Collect and maintain Field Service Reports (FSRs) from service engineers
  • Track and manage engineer-wise visit data to monitor productivity and performance
  • Handle and verify TADA (Travel and Daily Allowance), TER (Travel Expense Reports), and incentive data for service engineers
  • Submit and manage warranty claims and CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) claims through the parent company's web portal
  • Oversee and maintain records of warranty and CAMC documentation
  • Coordinate with engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations
  • Analyze service data to generate reports and assist in strategic planning
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service activities
