Collect and maintain Field Service Reports (FSRs) from service engineers Track and manage engineer-wise visit data to monitor productivity and performance Handle and verify TADA (Travel and Daily Allowance), TER (Travel Expense Reports), and incentive data for service engineers Submit and manage warranty claims and CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) claims through the parent company's web portal Oversee and maintain records of warranty and CAMC documentation Coordinate with engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations Analyze service data to generate reports and assist in strategic planning Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service activities
