Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a service manager at RISHAAN AUTO- TVS MAIN DEALER. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory records. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with supply chain partners, keeping the showroom and display vehicles in excellent condition, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities. Qualifications Customer service and client relationship management skills Sales and marketing experience, particularly in the automotive industry Inventory management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the automotive retail industry is a plus
