Job Description

Designation :- Service Manager  Role & Responsibility  -SLAs monitoring the as per activities assigned.  -Tracking Installed / De-installed terminals.  - Co-ordination and daily reporting for field activities.  -Support for Field Team for issue resolution  -MIS Reports and maintain Dash Boards based on departmental needs and requirements.  -Various MIS report preparation for banking merchant as per Bank/management’s requirement    Daily Assignment  ü Stock Management of Device & SIM card  ü Daily Visit schedule report preparation and planning.  ü Response and cooperation to team  ü Timely deployment and update to backend team.  ü Rejection completion in system on the same day.  ü monitoring task completion at merchant location on the system.    Qualification & Experience    Graduate in any stream     3-4 years experience with Upto 2 years experience in managing a field team in a service business – like IT, Telecom, Satellite TV, POS hardware, Field Services for different service providers  Should have managed a suburb or a city field Operations network  Good Organising and Planning skills – Specially task Management  Good MS OFFICE Skills  Good People & leadership skills  Strong result orientation
