Job Description

As an IT Support Manager, your main role will be to manage and lead the IT support team, overseeing the resolution of technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. You will develop and implement IT support policies and procedures, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with other departments to understand their IT needs - Providing timely and effective solutions to technical problems - Training and mentoring IT support staff - Managing IT support budgets and resources - Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems - Coordinating with external vendors and service providers - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies - Preparing and presenting reports on IT support activities - Ensuring customer satisfaction with IT support services - Implementing and managing IT support tools and software - Conducting regular performance reviews of IT support staff - Developing and maintaining IT support documentation - Handling escalated IT support issues - Planning and executing IT support projects - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Handling part replacement of pending IT hardware Additionally, you will be responsible for managing internet reimbursement and Provident Fund benefits, working day shifts with a yearly bonus. The work location will be in person. Please note: This job is a full-time, permanent position.
