This is a new venture powered by Jintech Group; a fast-growing Indian tech & hardware brand building the next era of digital engineering.

We are creating a next-gen AI-first software company catering to services like digital product engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering and Experience Engineering that delivers enterprise-grade products in hours instead of months, using elite tools like Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and internal AI accelerators.

🚀 About the Role

You will be the brain and backbone of this new venture’s technology strategy:

Architecting systems… building frameworks… scaling engineering… shaping culture.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and my core founding team to build an AI-accelerated digital engineering business rivaling the likes of Big Tech Giants — but 10x faster.

🎯 What You Will Lead

• Technology Strategy & Architecture

You won’t just lead tech — you’ll design how tech gets built.

🛠 Ideal Technical Profile

• Minimum 10+ years in Software Engineering / Solution Architecture

• Deep experience across:

• Microservices | System Design | APIs | Cloud | DevOps | Databases

• Prior experience in client-facing enterprise delivery

• Can code hands-on when needed

• Experience managing technical teams

Big Pluses:

• AI toolchain experience (RAG, LLMs, Agents, Vector DBs, etc.)

• Built reusable automation or delivery accelerators

• Worked with consulting/staffing enterprise clients
