Job Description

Role Overview: Keus is seeking an experienced Manager with a strong understanding of the home automation business to join their team in Delhi. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and teams to ensure the progress of the site. Your role will involve customer relationship management, team supervision, and independently handling challenges related to the site to provide optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the installation process for smart home automation and smart lighting systems, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. - Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high-quality work and adherence to company standards. - Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installations, addressing concerns, providing updates, and answering questions. - Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest smart home technology advancements, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and proficient in installing and troubleshooting new products. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all installations, including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports. - Compliance and Safety: Ensure installations comply with industry standards, codes, regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team. - Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance installation processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
