Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in IT Application Management at Chain IQ, you will provide high-quality IT Service Management services to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of sourcing and procurement applications within the organization. You will be part of the Digital Operations and Transformation team, enhancing the capabilities of the Indirect Procurement platform. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and process owners to identify and maintain service activities aligned with business needs - Provide production support for Indirect Procurement applications - Oversee Change, Release, Testing, and Capacity management - Gain expert-level experience with Chain IQ P2P & S2C applications Qualifications Required: - Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study - Have at least six years of experience delivering complex IT services - Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms, SQL data analysis, API-driven integrations, and investigation skills - Excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities - Prior experience with applications such as Outsystems, ServiceNow, and MS Azure - ITIL foundation certification is a must Additional Details: Chain IQ offers a first-class benefits package and a supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your career.
