We are seeking an experienced service General Manager for our 2 wheeler service centers. The ideal candidate will oversee all service processes, maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency.
Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Handling & Sales Conversion: Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Explain vehicle features, specifications, colors, variants, and pricing. Take customers for test rides and address their queries effectively. Convert inquiries into sales through excellent communication and persuasion skills. 2. Documentation & Delivery: Collect and verify necessary documents for booking and registration. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for processing customer applications. Ensure smooth vehicle delivery process with complete documentation and briefing. 3. Follow-ups & Lead Management: Follow up on daily leads from calls, online inquiries, and showroom walk-ins. Maintain CRM/database of prospective and existing customers. Call back existing customers for repeat business and referrals. 4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealership. Promote new launches, festive offers, and finance/insurance schemes. 5. Coordination: Coordinate with back-end staff for vehicle availability, registration, and delivery timelines. Work closely with the Service and Accessories department for customer up-selling and cross-selling. 6. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to delivery. Take feedback post-delivery and maintain long-term customer relationships.
