Job Description

Customer support: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various channels like phone, email, chat, and social media. Problem-solving: Troubleshoot product or service issues, identify root causes, and offer step-by-step solutions. Client management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their needs. Internal collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, technical, logistics) to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM or other support software. Information and updates: Provide customers with information on products, services, and promotions.
