Service Executive

Job Summary:

The Service Executive will be responsible for providing after-sales service support, handling product complaints, conducting demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating service activities across the Gujarat region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer service requests, complaints, and inquiries related to garden and agricultural tools.
• Conduct product installation, demonstrations, and service visits at customer locations.
• Coordinate with dealers for service-related issues and spare parts support.
• Maintain service records, visit reports, and customer feedback systematically.
• Identify recurring issues and provide inputs to the technical or production team for quality improvement.
• Ensure timely resolution of warranty and repair cases.
• Support marketing and sales teams during product exhibitions, demos, and field trials.
• Report field service performance and market feedback to the Service Manager/Head Office.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Tech/Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Agricultural Engineering (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in field service, preferably in agricultural equipment or similar industry.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email reporting).

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
