Chinese Manager who bases in YIZUMI China Headquarter

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite or remote support for the installation and commissioning of overseas machinery.
• Handle overseas equipment quality issues and service requests promptly and effectively.
• Conduct inspections, routine checks, and maintenance on machinery for overseas customers.
• Gather and organize quality issues and customer feedback from equipment sold in overseas markets, assisting in formulating improvement plans and enhancing after-sales service quality.
• Offer training to overseas customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Have a grasp of the principles of injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and peripheral equipment, with repair, maintenance, and operation skills/experience.
• Proficient in using common office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Possess knowledge of plastic molding principles and conventional plastic materials, or experience with metal molding prototypes.
• Good Hindi and English speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Possess certain training capabilities.
• Willing to accept medium to long-term global business trips and regular training in China.
