SERVICE ENGINEER

As a Sales Engineer, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrating products or services, and helping customers understand the value proposition. Acting as a technical advisor, you bridge the gap between the company's offerings and customer needs, contributing to the sales process by identifying leads, managing customer relationships, and ultimately closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - **Technical Expertise**: - Understand the technical details of products or services. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain features and benefits. - Assist with product demonstrations and conduct product training. - **Sales Support**: - Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements. - Identify and qualify sales opportunities. - Provide technical support during sales negotiations and closing deals. - **Customer Relationship Management**: - Build and maintain relationships with customers. - Provide pre- and post-sales support. - Address customer inquiries and concerns. - **Business Development**: - Identify potential clients and leads. - Generate new business opportunities. - Develop and implement sales strategies. - **Other**: - Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions. - Participate in trade shows and conferences. - Develop and implement sales targets. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift and Morning shift schedule. You will be eligible for a performance bonus based on your achievements.
