Role Description

As a full-time Service Engineer at Weightrack India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our weighing solutions. Based on-site in Bhubaneswar, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing a range of industrial weighing systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field service visits, providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair duties, and liaising with clients to address their concerns regarding system functionality. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical expertise are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within industrial weighing or automation systems.
• Experience in conducting field service operations and providing dependable onsite support.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and addressing their service requirements.
• Hands-on experience in technical support, maintenance, and repair tasks.
