Position: Service Engineer

Reporting to: Service Manager

Location: Ahmedabad & Vadodara (2 Positions)

Required Experience

2–5 years of experience (preferably in Equipment, Machine, or Kitchen Industry).

Required Qualification

Diploma / Graduate / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Perform successful repair of equipment at client premises.
Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment at client sites.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes effectively.
Review complaints in advance and plan for resolution in a single visit.
Provide regular and timely reporting for all customer visits.
Raise indents for spare parts as required.
Continuously learn and update knowledge about new equipment and components.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolution and timelines.
Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to customers during visits.

Required Skills

Detailed knowledge of equipment being handled.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.

Candidate Preference

Local candidates from Ahmedabad and Vadodara will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
