Job Description

Service Solution Engineer shall be responsible to support customer by providing complete service support at site, 100% On Time Performance and ensuring Zero defect.

This position will be reporting to Cluster Manager Service Solution.

Deliverables:

  • Conducting survey of steam traps and total steam energy distribution & losses.
  • Preparing detailed report on performed Audit.
  • Provide recommendations towards energy conservation
  • Maintain smooth communication and effective coordination with customer.
  • Compliance to Armstrong Quality standards.

Key Skills:

  • Good knowledge about Steam Engineering.
  • Should be a confident speaker with decent communication skills.
  • Basic concept knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer.

Soft Skills:

  • A go-getter who is confident of getting things done.
  • Believes in keeping communication transparent.
  • A believer and follower of team culture.
  • Self-driven & self-motivated.
