Job Description

Granulation Packing Machine service engineer

India (with domestic and international travel)

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3–4 years in servicing pharmaceutical or related industrial machinery

Job Responsibilities:

Willingness and readiness to travel domestically and internationally for site visits.

Responsible for installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical machinery such as:

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities at client locations.

Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at vendor sites as per customer specifications and company standards.

Prepare service reports and ensure customer satisfaction during site visits.

Provide training to client staff on operation and basic maintenance of machines.

Key Requirements:

3–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of pharmaceutical or process machinery.

Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Must hold a valid passport and be open to frequent travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
