Only electrical qualified and experienced candidates can apply Immediate joiners required Job Description Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. 1 + year of experience as a service engineer, field service technician or similar role in technical support and maintenance. Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical or electronic systems and components. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Commissioning: Install, test, and commission equipment, systems, and software to ensure they meet customer requirements. 2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure equipment and systems are functioning correctly. 3. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions. 4. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. 5. Customer Service: Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service to build strong relationships. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of work performed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities. 7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. 8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction Other Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
