Role Overview: As an Area Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the repair and maintenance services for LED TV, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines in JHARKHAND. You will play a crucial role in managing service technicians, optimizing service operations, and enhancing customer experience. Your duties will also include appointing and managing new service centers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Mentoring and managing service technicians to ensure efficient service delivery - Overseeing scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and service quality to meet customer expectations - Appointing and managing new service centers to expand service reach - Utilizing your managerial or leadership experience to effectively lead the service team - Demonstrating strong technical knowledge of LED TV, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines - Proficiency in computer applications and service management software - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address service-related challenges - Outstanding communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with customers - Experience in budget management to ensure cost-effective service operations Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - 5-10 years of relevant experience in the service industry - Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role - Excellent team management and interpersonal skills Additional Company Details: The client you will be working with is a leading electronics and appliances service provider committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
