Service Engineer

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• Experience:

  1–2 years

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain

  CCTV systems

  and related equipment at the assigned site.
• Ensure adherence to

  service standards

  , company processes, and policies in all service activities.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within defined

  TAT (Turnaround Time)

  .
• Perform

  preventive maintenance

  as per the scheduled plan.
• Build and maintain strong

  customer relationships

  to ensure smooth service operations.
• Ensure timely

  billing

  , support payment follow-ups, and maintain

  zero billing penalties

  for assigned sites.
• Plan and arrange required materials, tools, and spare components proactively for smooth workflow.
• Execute repair and maintenance work accurately and within timelines as per company guidelines.
• Share

  daily and weekly service reports

  according to company formats and timelines.

• Strong hands-on experience in

  CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  .
• Good understanding of

  electrical/electronic components

  .
• Problem-solving mindset, customer orientation, and ability to work independently at site.
