Service Engineer

Urgent opening for Service Engineer- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Incentives and Allowances

opening location: Palakkad, Kollam, Vatakara, Kochi/Ernakulam

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, and service of solar rooftop systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues in solar inverters, solar panels, wiring, batteries, and associated components.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Attend customer complaints within the required SLA time.
• Perform electrical testing, system performance checks, and ensure proper safety measures.
• Coordinate with the service coordinator and update daily task status.
• Collect service-related documents, reports, and photographs from site visits.
• Educate customers on system usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure proper installation standards and complete service documentation.
• Support the commissioning team when required.

Key Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• Candidates from Palakkad circle preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Must be willing to travel extensively for field service.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, EEE, Electronics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, DC/AC wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
