Job Position:


Purpose:


Responsibilities

· To perform planned, preventive, corrective maintenance implementation on devices according   to Heidelco device recommendations.


· Performs installation & basic Knobology training to the end users.


· Service sales activity including sales of CP according to the targets defined.


· Administration work including follow up on Accounts receivables and documentation in the assigned

areas.


· Feedback on product quality found in the field to the Service Management.


· Provides sales support for conferences, exhibitions, demos, workshops etc.

Additional roles:


Educational Qualifications


  • Education:

    Diploma or graduate engineering or Science degree from recognized institutions.


  • Related Experience:

    0-2 years of experience in the capacity of Field Service Engineer/ Senior Service Engineer/ Senior Field Service Engineer


  • Skills, Special Competencies or Certifications:

    Language: English & Local Language


  • IT skills

    : Service specific IT tools


  • Additional Skills:

    Communication, Time Management


  • Process Management:

    Training, Cope with complexity, Integrated Management, Departmental list of core procedures, Complaint handling


  • Additional Requirement:

    Strict adherence to Heidelco code of conduct.
