Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager Location: Chennai Responsibilities Drive business development & sales initiatives to expand the company's footprint. Be a team player with strong leadership skills - build, mentor & motivate the sales team. Leverage an existing & robust dealer/channel partner network, especially those who are already engaged with government hospitals and procurement bodies. Establish & strengthen connections with government hospitals, medical corporations and other State & Central Government procurement bodies. Build & nurture relationships with doctors, KOL's and decision makers across relevant institutions. To achieve & exceed allotted business targets. Possess a deep knowledge of the assigned region's geography to ensure efficient coverage & market penetration. Conduct product demonstrations & promotions tailored to client's needs & expectations. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, B.Tech or related fields. Experience: 3 plus years of experience in medical device sales. Market Knowledge: In depth understanding of the Government tenders, procurement process & critical care market. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
