Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Pune. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing field service for burner equipment. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to clients, performing maintenance and repair of equipment, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Field Service and Technical Support expertise
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant experience in burner equipment or similar technology is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
