Service Engineer

As an Engineer - Applications in the Application department, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities: - Installation and commissioning: You will be responsible for installing and commissioning equipment, machinery, or systems at various locations. - Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and support to customers, users, or internal teams to ensure smooth operations. - Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues or problems that may arise during the use of equipment or systems. - Customer Services: Interacting with customers, responding to their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. - Internal FAT: Conducting the internal Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of machines before the Customer Factory Acceptance Test (CFAT) to ensure quality standards are met. - Facilitate Customer FAT: Assisting in the smooth facilitation of the Customer FAT process to meet customer requirements effectively. - Flexible Fieldwork: You will often work on-site at customer locations or in manufacturing facilities, requiring adaptability and a hands-on approach to your work. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating your technical expertise and customer service skills.
