Service Engineer

• Do well basic services and achieve service target, promote energy-saving services and EMC, sign AMC and sales of spare parts.
• Maintain user relationship, know well the operation condition of every chiller unit in the responsible area, achieve the good service satisfaction.
• Standard machine room build-up, supply standard service to users.
• User system and application information collection & analysis.
• Write professional service report after site service, edit professional service proposal and communicate with customer to promote.
• Supply training to users, organize user summit regularly.
• Good soft skills (English language, communication, mail writing & proposal making );
• With the related field work experience, such as electrical engineer, electrical technician in chiller, motor, elevator, generator set, etc.
• Capable to operate and service PLC control system

Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience (Priority with work experience in absorption chiller industry / refrigeration industry / HVAC industry)

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical - EE/EEE, Mechanical

Job Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Being in Service, Candidate need to travel as demand in the responsible region even PAN India as per requirement)

Salary: Up to 7.50 LPA depending on experience and current salary.
