Job Summary:The Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for company products or systems at client sites. This includes installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and customer training. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Install, commission, and configure products and systems at customer sites. Diagnose and repair faults or issues in equipment or systems. Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and service contracts. Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues. Document service activities, reports, and feedback accurately and timely. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Quality, Logistics) for issue resolution. Train customers and end-users on product usage and safety protocols. Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory responsibly. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all service activities.
