Job Title: Service Engineer Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine servicing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and be comfortable with regular travel to client and vendor locations. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines. Install and commission new equipment at client sites. Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/electronic issues and provide effective solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical discussions and support. Provide technical training and support to client personnel. Maintain accurate service records and generate detailed reports. Collaborate with internal departments for spares, technical support, and feedback. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant field experience in industrial machinery servicing. Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Familiarity with technical documentation and service tools.
