Our equipment range includes products used in fields such as Photovoltaics, Spectroscopy, Electrochemistry, Fuel Cells, Thin Film Metrology, Nanoscience/MEMS, Remote Sensing/Hyperspectral Analysis, Battery Charge/Discharge, and Power Processing Systems. We also provide after-sales service for all equipment supplied by us.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of scientific equipment, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and field service tasks. The engineer will also liaise with customers to enhance the equipment's performance through regular maintenance and technical advice.

Qualifications

• Skills in Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Field Service
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of scientific equipment
• Excellent Communication skills
• Positive customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on-site in Thane
• Experience in a similar field and knowledge of scientific equipment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
