Job Description

Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repairs. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule under Service Manager Co-ordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirements Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely. Enjoy travelling and visiting customers. (Above 80%). Work Experience Required : - Freshers/Experience 1 or 3 years Qualification : - BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics/Instrumentation/Biomedical Instrumentation
