Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Engineer/Technician to oversee the installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of our range of ARCHIS Digital Door Locks and Hotel Lock Systems. This role involves field coordination, on-site technical support, and customer interaction to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing satisfaction . Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute the installation of digital door locks and access control systems at customer premises Provide training and technical support to end-users and site teams Manage after-sales service calls, troubleshooting, and maintenance Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation schedules Maintain service records and client documentation accurately Ideal Candidate Should Have: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering 1–3 years of experience in field service or installation, preferably with access control systems Strong understanding of low-voltage electronics and basic networking Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills Willingness to travel locally or regionally as per project requirements Knowledge of hotel lock systems or digital door technologies is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary A supportive team environment and growth opportunities For Company Information visit www.archis.in Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Where do you stay in Delhi?
