Roles and Responsibilities 1. Maintenance of Trail run, Repair, Maintenance, of Rice Mill Machinery. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues 3. Responsible and accountable for service deliverables 4. Ensure there is an adequate amount of Spares to cater to all customer calls 5.Providing necessary skills / training to the team members based on needs and gaps Candidate should be from Rice Mill Machinery industry Additional 1. Min 5-10 Years experienced candidates. 2. ITI/Diploma in Fitter. 3. Ready with Passport and Ready to Travel in India and Abroad.
