Key Responsibilities: Service of Electromechanical Engineering Equipment with Electrical and Electronics Install, configure, and maintain equipment/machinery at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions. Perform routine preventive maintenance and upgrade services. Document service reports, technical issues, and solutions. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or onsite. Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer requirements. Train clients on equipment use and maintenance.
