Is a trusted global provider of high-quality solutions for laboratories.💫We are urgently seeking for the below position.🔯 Position:- *SERVICE ENGINEER*🔯 Location:- *THANE*🔯 Experience:- *MIN 4 to 5 YEARS.*🔯 Salary:- *UPTO 6 LPA*🔯 Education:- *DIPLOMA / BACHELOR IN ENGINEERING*💫 *Job Responsibilities*🔆Perform service activities within guidelines and in compliance with internal & customer procedures and regulations. Installation, repairs, maintenance and instruction of use of instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations will be the main responsibility.🔆Generate a monthly report and send it to the manager about his daily activities.🔆Furnish timely and accurate reports of the own activities : i.e. engineer reports, planned maintenance reports, installation reports, etc. written or via e-mail.🔆Give detailed and updated user information for each instrument from time to time to the Area Manager Service / Service Manager.🔆Achieve the allotted AMC / CMC / Spares business targetRead, learn and get thoroughly technically trained on company products.🔆Follow up for the payment.🔆Keep safe custody of all the equipment / Spare parts given to him for use or custody.🔆Maintain customer relations.🔆Update daily activities / visits in V-Tiger regularly.🔆Any other jobs as and when, given by the management.
