SERVICE ENGINEER ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS

As a Service Engineer at the leading supplier of lab surgical instruments in India, your role will involve performing service activities within guidelines and in compliance with internal & customer procedures and regulations. Your responsibilities will include installation, repairs, maintenance, and instruction of use of instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations. It will be essential for you to generate a monthly report and send it to the manager about your daily activities. Additionally, you are expected to furnish timely and accurate reports of your activities, such as engineer reports, planned maintenance reports, installation reports, etc., either in written form or via e-mail. Providing detailed and updated user information for each instrument to the Area Manager Service / Service Manager is crucial. You will be accountable for achieving the allotted AMC / CMC / Spares business target. It is important for you to read, learn, and undergo thorough technical training on company products to stay updated. Keeping safe custody of all the equipment / spare parts given to you for use or custody is also a part of your responsibilities. Maintaining customer relations and updating daily activities / visits in V-Tiger regularly are key tasks. You should be prepared to take on any other jobs as and when assigned by the management. Qualifications required for this position include a Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering and a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess skills in service engineering, maintenance, lab setup, and analytical instruments. Please note that the salary for this position is up to 6 LPA and the location is Thane. In this role, you will be evaluated based on your updated product knowledge, increase in service revenue by AMC / CMC / Spares business, and feedback from customers.,
