1. PURPOSE OF THE

   JOB

• Over all Responsibility of Installation Commissioning on site, Warranty service & Paid Service Execution

2. KEY RESULT AREAS

• On time Visit to Customer as per Plan
• On time Installation of New Machine
• On time attending Service
• Recommending changes to Design
• Timely reporting

3. PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation as per information given Plan by Service Manager
• Attend Service calls as per given by Service Manager
• Attend Breakdown calls Given by Service Manager
• Customer follow-up for spare orders and AMC.
• Outstanding follow-up for Service orders
• Submit Daily Visit report to Service Manager after completion of Installation and commissioning and Warranty Service.
• Submit Daily call report (DCR) to Service Manager.
• Update status of installation commissioning to Service Manager
• Submit voucher every 10 days for approval
• Resolve customer complaint on phone
• Give request for replacement of parts under warranty / out of warranty
• Follow-up with Spares department for under warranty parts
• Participate in complaint related meeting with QC and Design department
• Recommend changes in current design in line with machine maintenance aspects
• Maintain service kit provided by company

Qualifications

Minimum DME or ITI fitter

Experience

Skills

Fresher/ Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as Service Engineer in machine manufacturing company

• Knowledge of Pharma machine manufacturing process
• Knowledge of ERP
• Knowledge of local language (Optional)
• Knowledge of troubleshooting method
• Good communication skill (Verbal/ Email)
• Knowledge of installation procedure
• Knowledge of Machine application
• Knowledge of Pharma Installation procedures and tests
• Knowledge of pharma company guidelines to be followed during installation
