Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in Surat, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance and repair services. Additionally, the role includes field service tasks and effective communication with customers to understand and address their specific needs.

• Field Service experience
• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the scientific or technological instrumentation sector is a plus
