Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
Act as a single point of contact for incidents, requests, and service follow-ups.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for on-call/backup engineer support across PAN India.
Negotiate service rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions within defined budgets.
Perform end-to-end follow-up on incidents until closure, ensuring SLA compliance.
Support users with Windows OS, Hardware, MS Outlook, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Ensure adherence to IT processes, security guidelines, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate (Technical background preferred).
23 years of experience in ServiceDesk/Desktop support role.
Good communication and email writing skills.
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
Vendor management and rate negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

Work Schedule

6 days working (Monday to Saturday).
Onsite support from Goregaon – Mumbai location.
