Job Description

We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for our client location in Padgha. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop systems, managing hardware/software issues, and providing user-level technical support on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
Handle OS installation, user account setup, and software updates.
Resolve basic LAN/Wi-Fi network issues.
Maintain service logs and daily reports.
Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalations.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer or Electronics.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
