About the Role:

Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support

✅ Ensure timely ticket resolution within SLA

✅ Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies

✅ Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain CSAT

✅ Update worklogs and follow escalation processes

Required Skills:

✔ Excellent communication skills with international voice support experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting for:

  • Mobility applications
  • Desktop/system issues
  • Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI
  • ✔ In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365

Good to Have:

➕ Telecom experience (added advantage)
