Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Base Location: Global (Remote) Contract Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager - responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical services and support within an organization. Their role ensures that IT services meet business needs, operate efficiently, and align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Service Management: Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet performance standards and customer expectations. Process Improvement: Develop and implement service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership: Manage technical teams, providing guidance, training, and support. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to align service delivery with organizational goals. Performance Monitoring: Track service metrics, analyze reports, and take corrective actions when necessary. Incident Management: Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service disruptions. Budget & Resource Management: Optimize resources and manage budgets for service delivery operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong technical background in IT service management. Experience in leading teams and managing service delivery processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
