Job Description

Lead global delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve high-quality results.
Manage a portfolio of managed services and project clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery and top-tier client satisfaction.
Provide insights through dashboards, reports, and data-driven decisions to support business growth.
Manage incidents, root causes, and governance frameworks with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with finance for billing, invoicing, and resource utilization to ensure seamless operations.
Support cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments to drive innovation and efficiency.
Continuously improve delivery processes and service frameworks to drive operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in MSP or enterprise IT environment.
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
Proven leadership and client management skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with Azure, OCI, AWS, or engineered systems, and strong data analytics and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, thrive under pressure, and maintain a calm and problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
