Job Description

Service Delivery Manager Role
Overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients and ensuring that they meet the required standards and expectations. (On-Prem, Cloud and Network)
  • Managing and coordinating a team of IT infra support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing service improvement plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues.
  • Monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that they are met.
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Resolving any escalated issues or complaints from clients.
  • Monitoring and Tracking the Incidents, Changes and Problems/Risks
  • Leading and Managing Governance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and make strategic decisions.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer-focused mindset to ensure client satisfaction.
