Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager at Clearwaters, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring continuous client engagement at all levels. You will act as a trusted advisor, addressing complex investment reporting and portfolio accounting challenges, and advocating for our clients internally. By staying updated on product enhancements and industry trends, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights to help our clients optimize their investment operations, thereby driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include planning and overseeing the accurate daily reporting support and service for clients, ensuring quality servicing, adherence to SLAs, and operational performance in line with SOPs. You will coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as needed. Additionally, you will manage the Client Engagement Model and client health reporting, leading client engagement meetings and providing training on best practices for operational support using Clearwater. To excel in this role, you should have a working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting, with familiarity in structured products, derivatives, fixed-income securities being preferred. As a self-starter, you will be proactive in seeking out solutions and expertise, even in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position. Your ability to solve problems, organize tasks effectively, and build strong relationships with clients will be critical. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Management, Insurance, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Financial Services, or Investment Operations. Your experience and expertise will enable you to provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts in the team, further contributing to the success of our client engagements.,
