Job Description

Role Overview: As the Lead P&L of the entire project, your main responsibility will be to develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business. You will need to understand RPO Solution offerings and effectively communicate them to potential internal and external customers. Ensuring the efficient delivery of the solution in line with contractual obligations and client service levels will be crucial. Your contribution to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer-term client requirements - Champion continuous improvement in project operations, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize operational processes - Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and articulated engagement plan per role type - Collaborate with the sourcing and recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of all client hiring needs while providing the best-in-class experience - Drive the adoption of technology within the team to ensure real-time updated data is available at all times - Manage workload allocation within the teams based on volume forecasts and headcount plan Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation, preferably an MBA (HR) - A high level of 18 plus years of experience working in lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager role, preferably within Manufacturing / EPC / Oil & Gas / Steel / Automobile account in the RPO environment - Ability to handle various position types, business groups, and geographies effectively and independently Desirable Skills: - Ability to lead large teams and work directly with them on their day-to-day conversions - Capability to drive and lead large customers independently, increasing client wallet share - Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process within the staffing industry or RPO - Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders - Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results in a matrix environment - Excellent written and verbal presentation skills - Ability to give presentations to clients of varying group sizes - Proven ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines - Analytical skills with a focus on market trends, data analysis, trending, and influencing skills - Flexibility to adapt based on changing client needs and workload allocation,
